What can be deleted
You can ask MINDVEST to delete all personal data we hold about you: your Instagram username, comments and Direct messages, your answers and contacts from the Telegram bot @Mindvestt_bot, and requests sent through our website form.
How to request deletion
1. In our Telegram bot @Mindvestt_bot send /delete (or the words “Delete my data”) and confirm with the button. Your answers, contact, PDF and reminders are deleted right away.
2. Or write to us: Telegram @mvpO7. Use the words “Delete my data” and add your Instagram username, Telegram username or phone number so that we can find your data. Use this way for Instagram data (comments and Direct messages).
What happens next
Requests sent to us directly are completed within 30 days, and we confirm the deletion in the same chat. Copies of request cards and PDFs already delivered to our team's Telegram chat are deleted by us manually after your request.
Good to know
This removes the data stored by MINDVEST. Data stored by Instagram (Meta) or Telegram themselves is managed in the settings of those apps.
